In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context otherwise requires:

• "zs9999" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the zs9999 online gaming platform accessible at https://zs9999.pro and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on zs9999 or accesses any part of the Platform, whether or not a registered account exists.

• "Balance" / "Wallet" refers to the PKR funds held within a Player's zs9999 account at any given time, including real-money deposits, withdrawal-eligible winnings, and any applicable bonus credits separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or other non-cash incentives issued by zs9999 to a Player's account, subject to specific wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gaming is unlawful or where access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by zs9999 policy.

By accessing the zs9999 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

zs9999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To access the full range of Services on zs9999, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if any details change.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the zs9999 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different Pakistani mobile number, or a different payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

• You must register using your own legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be a Pakistani number registered in your own name.
• zs9999 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any stage, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts found to have been registered using false or incomplete information may be suspended or permanently closed at zs9999's sole discretion.
• Corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register accounts on zs9999. Accounts are for individual natural persons only.

zs9999 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and during account reviews. Where age cannot be confirmed to zs9999's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage individual will be forfeited in full and any deposits may be returned at zs9999's discretion.

In addition to the age requirement, you must confirm the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of zs9999 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request previously submitted to zs9999.
• Your participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs9999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

zs9999 will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your password or full two-factor authentication code. Any communication purporting to be from zs9999 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

• You must notify zs9999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• zs9999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available via your registered Pakistani mobile number.
• Passwords must be kept strong and unique. zs9999 recommends using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols of at least twelve characters.

zs9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and Raast. Deposits are credited to your zs9999 wallet instantly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. zs9999 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time and will notify Players of material changes to applicable limits.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• zs9999 does not charge any fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zs9999 bears no responsibility.
• If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed by your payment provider, zs9999 reserves the right to freeze your account pending investigation and to recover any funds disbursed as a result of the reversed transaction.
• zs9999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of payment method ownership as part of its KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits may not be used to fulfil any obligation or liability other than wagering and gaming activity on the zs9999 Platform.

Players may request withdrawal of eligible real-money funds from their zs9999 wallet at any time, subject to account verification status and the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

• Bonus funds and promotional credits are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings generated after satisfying applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• zs9999 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Players must cooperate fully with any such verification process.

zs9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer. These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible Player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire upon expiry of the stated period.

All sports betting and cricket betting activity on zs9999 is governed by the specific sport and market rules applicable to each event, which are available within the relevant betting section of the Platform. These general conditions apply across all betting markets:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an in-play cash-out feature is available and exercised prior to event settlement.
• zs9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in odds has occurred, including but not limited to technical errors, data feed errors, or manifest pricing mistakes.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement will be voided. This includes knowingly exploiting delayed live score data.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply and vary by sport, market, and event. zs9999 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market at its sole discretion.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your zs9999 wallet promptly following official event result confirmation. Disputed results may delay settlement pending official confirmation.
• zs9999 takes no responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player, including incorrect selection, incorrect stake, or misunderstanding of market rules.

All games use independently audited random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. • Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or account verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with events offered for betting on zs9999.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in any game or betting market to obtain an unfair advantage. Such winnings will be voided.
• Systematically abusing bonus offers or promotional schemes, including through coordinated play with other accounts.

• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

zs9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.

• You must not use any zs9999 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that may cause confusion or imply affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from the Platform is prohibited without prior written consent from zs9999.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to zs9999 may be used by zs9999 without any obligation to compensate you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs9999, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

zs9999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct loss or damage arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude zs9999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which zs9999 holds its international gaming licence.

Players accessing zs9999 from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. zs9999 does not represent or warrant that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions from which the Platform may be accessed.
